1. What we collect

When you sign up or book a call, we collect your name, email, and company details. When you use Agentwell, we process the agent execution telemetry you send us — traces, spans, tool calls, token counts, and cost metadata — so we can run detectors against it and deliver alerts. We only process the telemetry you choose to transmit through our SDK or OpenTelemetry integration.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate the service — ingesting traces, running deterministic detectors, generating and delivering alerts, providing support, and improving Agentwell. We do not sell your data. We do not train foundation models on your data. Model providers used by Agentwell are configured with zero-retention where available.

3. Sharing

We share data with subprocessors strictly to run the service — hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase), payments (Stripe), and email (Resend). Every subprocessor is bound by a DPA.

4. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time. Email mason@agentwell.solutions. California, Colorado, Virginia, and other state residents have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and minimal first-party analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Retention

Account data and ingested telemetry are retained while your account is active. On deletion, data is purged within 30 days except where retention is legally required (tax records, abuse logs).
